25 franchises we want to see as Pop! Vinyl in 2019

Fresh Prince of Bel Air

The Fresh Prince as a Pop! Vinyl need I say more?

Kenan & Kel

As well as The Fresh Prince you have just got to have two of 90’s other popular actors who really took Nickelodeon to another level. Kel must come with a small bottle of orange soda because Who loves orange soda?

Disenchantment

Plenty of other Netflix cartoons have been re-imagined as Funko figures so it only seems right that one of the most recent shows from Simpsons creator Matt Groening be done in the same fashion. The designs would be easy to turn into figures…it’s just a matter of time.

Ghibli range

A line of films that have spanned over 30 years and have deep feelings and memories within most of us…isn’t it time we had a Totoro or Kiki Pop! Vinyl? Now there’s obviously too many films to choose from so I imagine they would be released by movie but some of the most popular films outside of the West are surely Ghibli films and they would be really big sellers. My Neighbour Totoro would probably be the wisest to start with and then Spirited Away, Ponyo and Howl’s Moving Castle to follow it soon afterwards.

Blue Velvet & Lynch pop

In recent years we’ve had directors turned into Pop! Vinyl with Alfred Hitchcock being one of the recent ones and I don’t think there’s anyone more fitting than thriller mastermind David Lynch. Accompanying that I’d love to see Pop! Vinyl figurines from his 1986 movie Blue Velvet which could feature models of actors Kyle MacLachlan, Laura Dern, Dennis Hopper and Isabella Rossellini.
